Test Lead - Mobile Automation

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to support our Mobile Applications team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mobile test automation using Appium, JavaScript, and WebdriverIO, along with proven experience in Agile delivery environments. The candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive quality initiatives across mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the Mobile Applications testing team in delivering high-quality software releases.
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance mobile automation frameworks using Appium, JavaScript, and WebdriverIO.
- Define test strategies, test plans, and test execution approaches for mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Scrum teams in an Agile workplace.
- Review testing deliverables, ensure adherence to quality standards, and mentor team members.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement of test automation processes, frameworks, and best practices.
- Provide status updates, reporting, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing scenarios.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of overall QA experience with at least 2+ years in a Test Lead role.




- Strong hands-on experience in Mobile Test Automation.

- Experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks for Android and iOS applications.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with test planning, estimation, execution, and defect management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex automation and application issues.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Work Schedule
- Candidate should be willing to work in Night Shift supporting the EST time zone.
