About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with strong expertise in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, analyzing, and presenting management information and reports to support effective decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have excellent command over Excel, strong numerical ability, and the ability to convert raw data into clear and meaningful reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, consolidate, verify, and analyze data from different departments.
- Develop and maintain Excel/Google Sheets-based dashboards and reports.
- Use Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, advanced formulas, and data analysis tools to generate meaningful insights.
- Monitor and track key operational data and performance indicators.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of MIS reports.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for corrections.
- Maintain databases and ensure proper data management.
- Automate and improve existing reporting formats wherever possible.
- Prepare customized reports as required by Management.




- Support Management in data analysis and decision-making through accurate and timely reporting.

Skills Required
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced MS Excel is essential.
- Thorough working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts.
- Positive understanding of Excel formulas and functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, INDEX-MATCH, etc.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- A background in Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet deadlines.

Experience & Qualification
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with a background in Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, or Computer Applications will be preferred.
