Job Summary

Fazlani Foods is looking for a MIS Executive with good knowledge of MS Excel to manage day-to-day reports, data management, and MIS-related activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Excel, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and handling data on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update Excel sheets and databases.
- Collect, organize, and verify data from different departments.
- Prepare reports and summaries as required by management.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting.
- Perform data analysis using Excel.
- Track and update operational and performance-related reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure necessary corrections.
- Perform other MIS and reporting-related tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS, reporting, data management, or a similar role will be preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel is essential.




- Should be comfortable with Excel formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic data analysis.
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic Excel functions will be an advantage.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle and organize large amounts of data.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Freshers with strong Excel knowledge may also be considered.

Salary Salary will be based on experience and candidate suitability.
