Role Purpose

Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) to deliver accurate, timely data and automated dashboards that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Reporting & Dashboards: Design and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS packs and BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for sales, ops, and finance.
- Data Validation & Consolidation: Consolidate and clean raw data from ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally) and maintain master data integrity.
- Analytics & Insights: Perform trend, variance, and cost analyses; highlight target vs. actual deviations with actionable commentary.
- Process Automation:



Automate manual data extraction and reporting workflows using Excel macros/VBA, Power Query, or Python.
- Budgeting & ERP Support: Track budget vs. actuals, reconcile system data, and support financial planning cycles.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Power Query, VBA), Power BI / Tableau, SQL, ERP Data Extraction (SAP/Oracle/Tally), Python (preferred for Sr. role).
- Core Competencies: Dashboard design, KPI tracking, financial modelling, variance analysis, and data storytelling.
- Behavioural Skills: High data accuracy, analytical mindset, deadline management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication.
