About the Role: We are looking for a high-impact MIS Data Analyst to take complete ownership of our revenue data pipelines, marketing attribution, and sales floor workflow automation. You will turn raw, siloed multi-platform datasets into clean, actionable intelligence that drives operational efficiency and real-time decision-making across leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain automated workflow pipelines, ETL processes, and database queries using Python, SQL, and Google Apps Script to completely eliminate manual reporting friction.

- Scale and optimize real-time executive dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio to track lead distribution, sales team response times, conversion funnels, and operational KPIs.

- Audit and analyze multi-channel marketing data (Meta Ads, TeleCRM) to evaluate campaign performance, track Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL), and prevent wasted ad spend.

- Partner directly with Sales Ops and Performance Marketing to build custom tracking mechanisms, ensuring 100% data integrity, pipeline visibility, and transparency across the entire revenue engine

- Required Qualifications & Skills

- 2 to 3+ years of hands-on professional experience in MIS,



data analytics, or business intelligence environments.

- Advanced technical proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (complex Pivot Tables, Power Query, DAX), and scripting via Python or Google Apps Script.

- Proven track record of building and deploying interactive executive dashboards and BI suites using Power BI or Looker Studio.

- Strong analytical mindset with a solid grasp of data modeling, exploratory data analysis, and systematic data cleaning.

- Preferred Qualifications
- A formal educational background (Bachelor's or Master's) in Statistics, Mathematics, or a quantitative discipline.

- Prior domain experience working directly with CRM platforms like TeleCRM and marketing traffic sources like Meta Ads Manager.

- Familiarity with cloud data warehousing concepts (BigQuery) or modern data pipeline frameworks like Medallion Architecture.

- Experience operating in quick-paced retail, e-commerce, or high-growth startup environments.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
