Role & responsibilities

1. 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Power Platform environments.
2. Hands-on experience developing and administering Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions.
3. Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Apps, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
4. Experience implementing governance, security, compliance, and DLP policies.
5. Experience designing and developing conversational agents using Copilot Studio.
6. Experience integrating Copilot Studio with enterprise applications, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
7. Knowledge of Power Platform ALM practices, solution management, and workplace strategies.
8. Experience troubleshooting and resolving both platform administration and agent development issues.
9. Familiarity with prompt engineering, conversational design, and Generative AI capabilities.
10. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
