Job Role & Responsibilities
Role: Attached separately
Responsibilities:
- Cost estimation for new parts at development stage
- Zero base costing & price settlement of the PCB, Electronic part assemblies
- Rate changes periodically for RM, Design changes & Conversion changes etc.
• Understandings of capacities of electronics parts
- capacity readiness as per mgmt. volume projections
- Proficient in Electrical/ Electronic automotive vehicle system.
- Knowledge of vehicle powertrain and the interfaces arising out of electrification.
- Knowledge about automotive industry standards and regulations, applicable globally.
- Having thorough knowledge in electronic parts, assemblies & its processes.
- Positive understanding of all applicable standards/ regulations and their application
- Experience in quality systems of electronic components for automotive application –CDI, ECU, voltage Regulator, sensors, digital instrument clusters (speedometers)
- Competition bench marking with similar parts, VA/ VE
- PFMEA
- Should have good engagement with Tier 1 & Semiconductor Manufacturing and distributors
