About the Role

At Duple IT Solutions, we are building scalable, AI-driven digital solutions. We are looking for a proactive Full Stack Developer who goes beyond coding and takes complete ownership of projects—from understanding client requirements to delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack

- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js / Next.js

- Develop backend services using Node.js, Express.js, or Nest.js

- Work with databases like MongoDB and MySQL

- Design and integrate REST APIs and WebSockets

- Optimize applications for performance and scalability

- Interact directly with clients to understand requirements

- Translate business needs into technical solutions

- Manage end-to-end project delivery and timelines

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical decisions

Requirements





- Strong hands-on experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and OOP concepts

- Experience with Next.js or Nest.js (preferred)

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to understand and work on business requirements independently

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

- Experience with React Native

- Familiarity with Git, AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines

- Prior client handling experience

Additional Information

- Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Mohali / Chandigarh region only

- Work Mode: Onsite

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
