Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in React.js, Next.js, and Node.js development. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience working directly with clients, and the ability to deliver scalable web applications in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive user interfaces using React.js.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Work with MongoDB for database design and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.




- Participate in Agile development processes.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in MERN Stack development.
- Strong experience with MongoDB, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js
- Practical experience with both SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs & API integration.
- Good understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices
- Strong Git/version control knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines and Microservices architecture
- Experience with Kafka, Redis, AWS, and/or Azure
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Educational Qualifications B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA from a recognized institution.
