Job Title: MEPF Engineer (Mechanical /Electrical /Plumbing/ Firefighting)

Key Responsibilities:

· Review and coordinate MEPF drawings, shop drawings, and GFC drawings along with MEPF calculation consultants.

· Planning, monitoring, and coordination of Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and ELV systems .

· Prepare MEPF BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates as per CPWD/PWD SOR and market rates.

· Prepare and verify client and contractor bills related to MEPF works.

· Ensure compliance with IS Codes, NBC guidelines, fire norms, and safety regulations .

· Coordinate with site teams for smooth execution and resolve technical issues.

· Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning activities for MEPF systems.

· Maintain document control related to drawings, approvals, estimates, bills,



and correspondence.

· Support planning and scheduling using Primavera / MS Project .

· Liaison with consultants, vendors, and statutory authorities when required.

Skills & Technical Competencies:

· Knowledge in Designing part of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems .

· Proficiency in AutoCAD , MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

· Working knowledge of Primavera / MS Project (MSP) .

· Knowledge of IS Codes, NBC, CPWD/PWD specifications related to MEPF works.

· Experience in testing, commissioning, and quality control of MEPF systems.

· Positive coordination, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

· Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, hospital, institutional, and government medical college projects .

· Exposure to EPC mode of project execution .
