Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and interpret biological and genomic datasets using bioinformatics tools.

- Perform sequence analysis, protein structure analysis, and molecular annotation.

- Use databases such as NCBI, UniProt, PDB, and related biological resources.

- Perform protein purification, quantification, and biochemical assays.

- Assist with enzyme kinetics, proteinprotein interactions, and molecular characterization.

- Apply computational approaches to study proteins, genes, and biological pathways.

- Perform statistical analysis and visualize biological data.

- Maintain accurate experimental and computational records.

- Prepare research reports, presentations, and scientific documentation.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams involving biologists, biochemists, and computational scientists.

Required Skills

- Solid foundation in biochemistry, molecular biology, and genetics .





- Knowledge of bioinformatics databases and sequence-analysis tools.

- Basic proficiency in Python or R is preferred.

- Familiarity with BLAST, sequence alignment, phylogenetic analysis, and protein structure tools.

- Understanding of protein purification and biochemical assays.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and scientific communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with molecular docking and molecular dynamics.

- Knowledge of NGS data analysis.

- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.

- Experience with structural bioinformatics or computational drug discovery.

- Research experience, publications, or academic projects in bioinformatics/biochemistry.
