Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on various medical procedures, including cardiology, cardiovascular, orthopedics, general surgery, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and IP DRG.
- Develop and maintain curriculum for medical coding certification programs in collaboration with industry partners.
- Provide technical support to students during hands-on exercises and troubleshoot issues related to clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content for online courses.

Job Requirements :
- 2-12 years of experience in a relevant field such as cardiology, cardiovascular medicine or surgery; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Solid understanding of CDIs (Clinical Documentation Improvement) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in medical coding systems (e.g., ICD-10-CM/PCS).
- Experience working with EMR/EHR systems.
