Job Purpose:

Sourcing new customers

Tracking Activation

Cross-selling products

Job Responsibilities:

Achieve Merchant Acquiring product & Cross-sell targets monthly.

Source Merchant Acquiring products (POS, Soundbox, SmartHub etc.) from Branch Customer base (HNW/Non-HNW) / Open Market.

Visit allocated branches daily to meet staff for lead generation.

Work with existing self-employed customers with banking relationships to offer Merchant Acquiring Solutions.

Source Competition Merchants and their complete banking relationships.

Ensure engagement & visitation of all assigned portfolio merchants.

Activate merchants, increase volume share, and generate cross-sell leads during interactions.





Ensure daily login to Sales Automation Software (Vymo/CRM) and call customers for cross-sell, portfolio enhancement, and visit updates.

Ensure 100% leads & databases (CRM, Vymo) are actioned and updated within Turn Around Time.

Check all documents in Originals, including KYC, and sign OSV only after checking originals.

Visit customer premises to pick up documents as per policy and login the file.

Ensure quality business sourcing as per defined norms and adherence to all sales processes.

Cross-sell products like CC, CASA, Asset, TPP etc.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate (Commerce preferred, but not a constraint)

Key Skills:

Basic computer and mobile applications knowledge

Good interpersonal skills

Time management

Disciplined sales approach

Sales call and field visits experience

Experience Required:

Fresher to 3 Years (Banking preferred, but not a constraint)
