About the Role

Endeavor Academy is hiring Mathematics Subject Matter Experts for a 1-year STEM content project with a leading global client. This is an original problem-authoring role: you will create research-level mathematics problems with complete, rigorous solutions, designed to challenge advanced AI systems. Routine or textbook-style questions are not accepted.

Key Responsibilities

- Create fresh, original, challenging mathematics problems in your assigned topic areas, each with a single verifiable final answer.
- Write complete, step-by-step solutions with clear reasoning for every problem.
- Ensure every submission is accurate, rigorous, original and plagiarism-free.
- Follow the project's formatting guidelines for problems, solutions and final answers.
- Submit tasks and complete any requested rework through the project portal.

Payment & Workload

- Rate: INR 600 per hour.
- AHT (Average Handling Time): 6.5 hours per task (one original problem with its complete solution).
- Earning per task: INR 600 x 6.5 hours = INR 3,900 per accepted task.
- Minimum commitment: 5 tasks per week (approx. 32.5 hours; INR 19,500 per week for 5 accepted tasks).
- Payment is made for accepted tasks only.

Portal-Based Work & Transparent Tracking

- All work is done on a dedicated online project portal.
- Your portal dashboard clearly shows the status of every task - submitted, approved, rejected or sent for rework - along with reviewer feedback.
- Your accepted tasks and earnings can be tracked directly from the dashboard.

Eligibility

- Completed Master's or PhD in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics or Statistics.




- Only candidates with research experience will be shortlisted (Master's project/dissertation, MPhil or PhD thesis, or publications).
- H-index is not required.
- Non-coding role - pure mathematical reasoning.
- Strong depth in areas such as Real/Complex/Functional Analysis, Number Theory, Differential Equations, Probability & Stochastic Processes, Differential Geometry or Numerical Analysis.
- Clear written English; LaTeX proficiency preferred.
- Able to commit to a minimum of 5 tasks per week.

Research Experience is Mandatory - Update Your CV Before Applying Only candidates with clearly documented research experience will be shortlisted. Please add a dedicated "Research Experience" section to your CV that includes:

- Research domain/area - the specific field of mathematics you worked in (e.g., Functional Analysis, Analytic Number Theory, PDEs, Stochastic Processes).

- Level and status - whether it was a Master's project, MPhil or PhD, and the year of submission/completion.
