Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Associate who will take end-to-end ownership of marketing activities for our business verticals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn, along with a good sense of content, trends, and audience behaviour.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media channels across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

- Develop and execute content strategies and monthly content calendars for new business verticals.

- Take end-to-end ownership of social media planning, execution, publishing, and performance tracking.

- Work closely with creative, content, marketing, and business teams to develop relevant content.

- Identify trending formats, topics, and opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.

- Track key social media metrics and provide regular performance insights and recommendations.

- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies/creators wherever required to ensure timely execution.

Requirements





- 1+ year of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing / Content Marketing.

- Prior hands-on experience managing YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn channels.

- Solid understanding of content strategy, social media trends, and audience engagement.

- Ability to independently manage projects and take end-to-end ownership.

- Good communication, coordination, and execution skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with an ability to understand social media performance metrics.

- Experience in EdTech, Ecommerce, Media, or Consumer Businesses would be an added advantage.
