What you will own
You will independently create and execute the marketing strategy for our events across:
- Delegate acquisition
- Sponsor & exhibitor lead generation
- Speaker and advisory amplification
- Event positioning and awareness
- Paid marketing
- Organic growth
- Social media
- Email & database marketing
- SEO, SEM & AEO
- Landing pages and conversion optimisation
- Retargeting and performance campaigns
- Community and partner marketing
You should be comfortable taking an event from launch announcement to a full room.
We are specifically looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience marketing conferences, exhibitions, summits or B2B events
- Has personally owned delegate acquisition campaigns
- Understands how marketing contributes to sponsor/exhibitor pipelines
- Is strong in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta and performance marketing
- Understands SEO, SEM, AEO, analytics and conversion
- Knows email and database marketing beyond simply sending newsletters
- Can build and execute a complete event marketing plan
- Is highly process-driven and manages multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Can work independently but also lead designers, content, video and external resources
- Can quickly understand and market different industries
- Is a robust communicator and presenter
