Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through affordable loan against property (ALAP) and lap loans.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance revenue growth.
- Build solid relationships with connectors, prime lenders, and other stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- The candidate must have experience in field marketing, connector onboarding, and lead generation.
- Candidate will visit connectors like Tax Consultant, Property Dealers, CA explain requirements onboard them officially and will generate leads from them.
