- Job Summary
- We are looking for a confident, energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships and promoting the company's security and facility management services.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in corporate, commercial, residential and industrial sectors.

- Generate new business leads through field visits, references, networking, calling and other marketing activities.

- Meet prospective clients and understand their security, housekeeping, facility management and manpower requirements.

- Prepare and deliver company presentations and service proposals to prospective clients.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.





- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

- Coordinate with the Operations team for site surveys, manpower requirements and service-related proposals.

- Prepare quotations, proposals and other required business documents in coordination with management.

- Follow up with prospective clients from initial enquiry to closure.

- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets.

- Participate in client meetings, tenders, exhibitions, networking events and other business development activities.

- Ensure qualified communication and timely follow-up with clients.
