We’re Hiring – Marketing Executive | NPA & Accounts

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Experience: 3+ Years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Employment: Full time

We are looking for a result-oriented Marketing Executive with experience in NPA, Banking, NBFC, Finance, Accounts, or Distressed Assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and develop NPA & distressed-asset opportunities
- Generate leads and build a strong business pipeline
- Develop relationships with Banks, NBFCs, ARCs, Investors & Financial Institutions
- Handle client meetings, negotiations and follow-ups
- Support OTS, restructuring, settlement and related transactions
- Coordinate documentation, financial analysis and due diligence
- Achieve monthly & quarterly business targets

Candidate Profile:





✅ 3+ years of relevant experience

✅ Strong NPA/Banking/Finance knowledge

✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✅ Strong networking and business development abilities

✅ Knowledge of MS Excel, MIS & financial documentation

✅ Existing industry network will be an added advantage
