Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive on-ground marketing activities and expand our market presence. This role requires extensive travel, with approximately 80% of time spent in the field, engaging with distributors, retailers, and end customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular market visits (80%) to dealers, distributors, printers, publishers, and other key stakeholders.
- Promote company products including various grades of paper (printing paper, packaging paper, specialty paper, etc.).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Execute on-ground marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets and business goals.




- Monitor stock availability at dealer points and ensure proper product visibility.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly field reports and feedback.
- Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and local promotional events.

Requirements

- Graduate from any stream. MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing.
- Open to travel extensively (80% field work is mandatory.)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel/PPT.
- Valid Driving License.
- Own conveyance is must.
