About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive who can go into the market, meet business owners, generate leads, demonstrate ShopInADay, and convert them into paying customers.
This is a field sales + marketing role, not a desk-only digital marketing job.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local shops, retailers, manufacturers and online sellers.
- Identify businesses that need an e-commerce store.
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, WhatsApp and networking.
- Explain ShopInADay and its benefits.
- Give product demos to business owners.
- Help customers start their 1-week free trial.
- Follow up with trial users and convert them into paid customers.
- Maintain daily lead and sales reports.
- Build relationships with local businesses.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
What We’re Looking For
- Positive communication skills.
- Comfortable talking to business owners.
- Confident in field work and sales.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and the internet.
- Hindi/Gujarati communication required; basic English is a plus.
- Sales experience is preferred but freshers can apply.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
