Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads for residential house construction projects
- Visit potential customers and construction prospects
- Conduct field marketing and promotional activities
- Meet homeowners, landowners and prospective clients
- Explain DG Construction's residential construction services
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert enquiries into business
- Develop local referral networks and market connections
- Coordinate client meetings with the Sales/Management Team
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business targets
- Travel for field assignments as required by the company
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum HS/Graduate preferred
- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Energetic and comfortable with extensive field work
- Target-oriented and capable of generating new business
- Candidates with experience in construction, real estate, building materials, home loans, insurance or field sales will be preferred
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
JOB LOCATION
Assam – Field Based
Candidates should be willing to travel to districts, towns, semi-urban and rural markets according to company requirements.
