KG CRM Solutions LLP is hiring Sales & Marketing Interns to join our growing IT company in Mohali, Punjab.

We are a Zoho development company specializing in CRM solutions, automation, and customized business applications. No prior IT sales experience is required — complete product and process training will be provided by the company during the internship.

Internship Details

- Position: Sales & Marketing Intern
- Internship Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

Our company promotes its IT/CRM services through various advertising platforms. When a potential customer interacts with or checks our advertisements, the inquiry/lead is generated and assigned to the sales team.

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, your responsibilities will include:

- Lead Handling: Receive and manage leads generated through company advertisements.
- Lead Follow-up: Contact potential customers and understand their business requirements.
- Product Demonstration: Explain our CRM/software solutions and conduct product demos for interested customers.
- Free Trial: Introduce customers to our 15-day free trial and guide them through the trial process.
- Follow-up: Regularly follow up with customers during and after the free trial.
- Lead Conversion:



Convert interested prospects into paying customers.
- Customer Onboarding: Coordinate with the team once a customer confirms the purchase.
- CRM Updates: Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the company's CRM system.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Assist the team with day-to-day sales and marketing activities.

Lead Conversion Process

Advertisement → Lead Generated → Lead Follow-up → Product Demo → 15-Day Free Trial → Follow-up → Lead Conversion → Customer Onboarding
