- Research and survey industrial, commercial, and residential data on a pan-India basis.
- Maintain the accuracy of the data for the assigned city.
- Collate accurate information about an upcoming project in real estate over the phone.
- Gain expertise and knowledge about the primary and secondary data for the city assigned.
- Support in Client Surveys to the Cities under consideration
- Proactive submission of the data to the respective person at the specified timelines
- Have current Knowledge about the changes happening in the real estate market.
- Research data on various registration websites, pull out information about properties using Google research, and update the information in the system.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Communication Skill: Must have positive fluency in English speaking.
- 01 year of experience.
- Candidate must be a graduate.
- Good aptitude and excel skills
