Responsibilities

- Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with brands, media agencies, banks, and local businesses

- Prioritise closing our current unsold kiosk inventory

- Manage client relationships from first pitch through to contract renewal

- Coordinate with our legal team on payment defaults or contract disputes when required

- Prepare client specific proposals and rate cards within our approved pricing

- Coordinate with print and fabrication vendors to ensure creative is installed on time

- Maintain an updated pipeline in CRM/Excel and provide weekly forecasts to management

- Support and guide marketing interns assisting with the sales funnel

Requirements

- 1 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, OOH or media sales, or media planning and buying




- A track record of closing deals, not just managing a pipeline

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills

- Fluent in English and Hindi. Marathi is an advantage for the Thane and Ulhasnagar market

- Comfortable working in a small, quick moving team without heavy support structure

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or Business Administration

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
