Key Responsibilities:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with farmers, FPOs, aggregators, vendors, and institutional buyers to strengthen the supply network

- Identify and develop new market opportunities for perishable commodities such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, and allied products

- Coordinate closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless, timely, and efficient movement of goods

- Optimize utilization of cold chain infrastructure including reefer vehicles and cold storage facilities to minimize wastage

- Establish and manage tie-ups with organized retail and e-commerce platforms such as Reliance Retail, JioMart, Zomato, BigBasket, along with local vendors and distributors

- Develop sourcing networks by onboarding and partnering with local farmers across Odisha for consistent and quality supply

- Track market demand, pricing trends, and supply patterns to enable effective planning and distribution

- Lead price negotiations with stakeholders while ensuring transparency and fair trade practices

- Maintain accurate records of procurement, dispatch, sales performance, and market insights

- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations teams to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets

- Conduct regular field visits to strengthen on-ground relationships and ensure smooth execution of operations





- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards during storage, handling, and transportation of goods

Skills & Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

- In-depth understanding of agricultural markets, value chains, and supply chain dynamics

- Familiarity with cold chain logistics and perishable goods handling is highly preferred

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends

- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and basic data analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in agri-business, food supply chain, logistics, or cold chain operations

- Prior experience in handling retail tie-ups or institutional sales will be an added advantage
