Responsibilities

- Conduct market study through primary & secondary research to understand market potential, industry trends, government initiatives and similar other perspectives for various IT solutions

- Demonstrate business understanding of different technology domains including GenAI/AI/ML/DL/Facial Recognition/Supercomputing/Blockchain/Fintech/Big Data/Cloud Computing and similar others

- Apply AI-based productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity and similar) to accelerate market research, data synthesis, content drafting, and analysis, while critically validating outputs for accuracy and relevance

- Leverage GenAI and automation tools to streamline internal workflows such as literature reviews, competitor benchmarking, report generation, and presentation preparation — to improve turnaround time and quality of deliverables

- Identify and pilot new AI tools and use cases that can enhance team productivity, and share best practices and prompt strategies with colleagues

- Formulate Business Plans for various NEC solutions covering various aspects of business for IT solutions to evaluate Cost-Benefit Analysis

- Prepare future roadmaps for the assigned solutions to achieve the long-term vision





- Identify current application areas for NEC solutions and support technical teams in preparing customized solutions for the same, including opportunities to embed AI/GenAI capabilities

- Design use cases and business cases for customer references

- Prepare questionnaires & surveys for primary research methodology

- Actively support a senior consultant/lead consultant in building and managing client relationships

- Prepare white papers and value proposition documents for the IT sector and client products

Desired Skills & Knowledge (AI productivity component)

- Working knowledge of GenAI and AI-powered productivity tools, with a practical understanding of how to apply them to research and consulting tasks

- Familiarity with prompt engineering fundamentals and the ability to structure prompts for reliable, high-quality outputs

- Awareness of the limitations, data-privacy considerations, and responsible-use principles when deploying AI tools in a professional/enterprise context

Experience requirement

- Any prior experience in market research will be preferred
