- Experience in Corporate Accounting/Reporting.
- Exposure to IPO assignments or listed company reporting preferred.
- Knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, SEBI regulations, ERP (SAP/Oracle), and advanced Excel.
Corporate Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS.
- Support timely financial close and review accounting entries, provisions, accruals, reconciliations, and inter-company transactions.
- Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
