We're Hiring Production Manager

About the Role

Own end-to-end production delivery — volume, yield, cost, quality & food safety — for our spray-dried, freeze-dried and agglomerated coffee products. Lead shift operations, drive OEE, and build a disciplined, safety-first production team.

Key Responsibilities

· Align & deliver weekly production plan vs. sales forecast

· Drive OEE, reduce changeover time (SMED) & downtime

· Manage yield efficiency & minimize material/green coffee loss

· Ensure food safety, HACCP/FSSC 22000 compliance & traceability

· Lead daily safety walkthroughs, PPE & EHS compliance

· Optimize manpower productivity & shift rostering

· Drive Kaizen & Value Stream Mapping initiatives

· Coordinate with QA, Engineering & Supply Chain for smooth ops

· EHS & Statutory Plant Safety

· Batch Documentation & Traceability

· Cost & Budget Management

Qualification & Experience

- B.Tech/B.E. (Chemical/Food Tech/Mechanical/Production) or M.Sc.Food Technology — Six Sigma/TPM/FSSC 22000 certification preferred
