We are looking for a candidate with excellent in communication, good on Academics and relevant experience of Property Consultant, Managment Consultant , Building and Constructions.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical, proactive and business-oriented Manager Strategic Business Development who can work closely with the leadership team and contribute to key business decisions, strategic planning and growth initiatives. The role will involve understanding the overall business, identifying growth opportunities, designing strategic initiatives, coordinating with multiple teams and driving execution. The ideal candidate should be extremely comfortable with numbers, Advanced Excel, business analysis and working with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the leadership team to implement and execute strategic business initiatives. • Conceptualize and design new strategic initiatives for business growth, productivity and operational improvement. • Analyse business performance, numbers, trends and opportunities to support data-driven decision making. • Coordinate with different internal teams to gather inputs, understand challenges and design effective productivity and growth initiatives. • Support financial analysis, feasibility assessment and finalization of business opportunities. • Track important business activities, identify gaps and ensure timely follow-up and execution. • Develop and maintain MIS, dashboards, business reports and analytical models using Advanced Excel. • Evaluate new projects and opportunities from commercial, operational and strategic perspectives. • Take ownership of critical business assignments and ensure they move from concept to execution.



• Monitor key business metrics and provide insights to management. • Act as a cross-functional coordinator, ensuring alignment between different teams. • Take ownership of important business matters and strategic projects as assigned by the leadership team.

Candidate Profile
- Extremely good with numbers and analytical thinking. • Highly proficient in Advanced MS Excel. • Strong in business analysis and problem-solving. • Excellent in verbal and written communication. • Able to understand business situations quickly and convert them into actionable plans. • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership. • Strong at coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders. Mandatory:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / B.Com / BCA or equivalent relevant discipline. • Strong academic background preferably 75% to 80%+ throughout academics.

Preferred: • MBA in Finance / Strategy / Business Management / Operations or related field. Experience • 2 to 5 years of relevant skilled experience.
- Prior experience in Real Estate / Property / Business Strategy / Consulting / Business Operations will be strongly preferred.
