Role & responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end revenue finance processes, including revenue recognition, reconciliations, MIS, and financial reporting.

- Support revenue forecasting, financial insights, dashboards, KPIs, and variance analysis.

- Lead and support ERP implementation/migration and finance automation initiatives.

- Collaborate with technology teams to integrate fintech solutions and enhance finance systems and controls.

- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance and support internal/external audits.

- Drive process improvement through standardized workflows, SOPs, and technology.

Preferred candidate profile

- CA with 24 years post-qualification experience.

- Solid revenue recognition, accounting, MIS, audit, and business partnering experience.

- Good knowledge of Indian GAAP/Ind AS and statutory compliances.

- Big 4/Big 6 audit or consulting experience preferred.

- Strong data analysis skills; fintech/finance automation exposure is an added advantage.
