/n Manager / Senior Manager – Editorial, Thought Leadership & Corporate Communications /n NK Realtors | Kolkata | 5–6+ Years /n Role Summary /n We are not looking for a conventional content writer, Canva expert, or someone who can produce 15 Instagram posts a week. /n We are looking for someone who can think, research, interview and write—someone with excellent English, strong editorial judgement and the ability to simplify complex subjects into compelling narratives. /n For example: /n Instead of: /n "Kolkata's residential market is witnessing increasing demand for premium housing." /n We want: /n "Kolkata's premium housing market isn't growing because buyers suddenly have more money. It is growing because a current generation of buyers is becoming far more deliberate about where—and how—they choose to live." /n Key Requirements /n /n

- Excellent English and strong writing skills

- Strong editorial judgement

/n

- Ability to simplify complex subjects

/n

- Curiosity about business, economics, real estate and society

/n

- Ability to interview senior executives

/n

- Solid thought-leadership writing skills

/n

- Experience writing Op-Eds, speeches, LinkedIn content,



research reports, presentations and corporate narratives

/n

- Someone who understands journalists—not just media coverage

/n

- Ability to understand why a story needs to be carried, rather than focusing only on the number of media insertions

/n

- Strong journalist relationships with Economic Times, Business Standard, Financial Express, TOI, ABP Group, real estate publications, relevant podcasts/newsletters and TV/business channels will be preferred

/n /n Preferred Background / Industry /n We would prefer someone from a Business Journalism / Financial Journalism / Editorial background rather than conventional Corporate Communications. /n Relevant experience from business media, financial publications, real estate publications, newsrooms, editorial platforms, business television, podcasts/newsletters or leading media houses will be preferred. /n Experience /n 5–6+ years of relevant experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating original thinking and writing. /n The ideal candidate is a thinker and writer first—not a content producer.
