Role Overview

We are looking for a PR & Marketing Strategist to drive brand building, parent engagement, admissions growth, and B2B franchise expansion for our growing preschool chain.

Key Responsibilities

- Brand Positioning: Develop and strengthen brand positioning, messaging, identity,

and overall brand strategy.
- Parent Engagement: Build meaningful parent communities through campaigns,

events, content, workshops, referrals and advocacy.
- Admissions Marketing: Plan and execute multi-centre admission campaigns across

digital, offline, PR, events and local-area marketing.
- PR & Thought Leadership: Build media relationships, generate PR opportunities,

and establish the brand as a trusted voice in early childhood education.
- Digital & Content: Drive social media, content, website, influencer, and digital

campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Franchise Marketing: Develop marketing strategies to generate qualified franchise

leads and support B2B expansion across cities.




- Centre Marketing: Create scalable marketing playbooks and campaigns for existing,

new and franchise centres.
- Partnerships & Events: Build partnerships with parenting communities, corporates,

residential communities, healthcare professionals and other relevant ecosystems.
- Performance & ROI: Track leads, admissions, engagement, franchise enquiries,

conversion rates and marketing ROI.

Ideal Candidate

- 4+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, PR, Digital Marketing, Consumer

Marketing, or related fields. (Preferably from Education/Preschool)
- Strong understanding of B2C + B2B marketing and local-market campaigns.
- Experience in multi-location/multi-centre businesses is must.
- Strong communication, storytelling, campaign management, and stakeholder

management skills.
- Data-driven, creative, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a quick-growing

environment. Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
