MANAGER ON DUTY – HOSPITAL

Krishna Hospitals, Vijayawada is looking for an experienced and proactive Manager on Duty to oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day hospital operations and departmental coordination
- Monitor IP admissions, discharges, bed occupancy and patient flow
- Coordinate with Doctors, Nursing, Front Office, Billing, Pharmacy, Diagnostics and Housekeeping
- Monitor billing, pending bills, discharge clearances and revenue-related issues
- Address patient/attendant concerns and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline and duty allocation
- Ensure hospital policies, SOPs and service standards are followed
- Conduct regular rounds and identify operational gaps
- Coordinate emergency situations and escalate critical issues to senior management




- Maintain daily operational reports and submit MIS/shift reports
- Ensure proper documentation, registers and handover between shifts
- Support quality improvement, patient safety and NABH-related processes

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA/MHA/Hospital Administration preferred
- 3–5+ years of hospital administration/operations experience
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of hospital billing, patient flow and departmental operations
- Ability to handle staff and patient-related issues independently
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
