Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Management of medical emergencies injuries

- Handling of day to day OPD treatment for walk in patients in OHC
- Complete coordination and execution of Statutory Health check-up
- Deriving Health Index of all permanent employees of the plant as per H and W policy
- Implementation of measures to improve health index of all the employees
- Implementation of all statutory requirements of OHC and OHSAS audit preparation
- Handling of all medical administration activities
- To train OHC staff to upgrade their functional competencies
- Medical budget related activities
