Role & responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end execution of export projects from project award/order confirmation to final completion.
- Prepare detailed project plans, execution schedules, milestones, and project trackers.
- Coordinate with international clients, consultants, vendors,
- contractors, production, design, purchase, logistics, and finance teams.
- Understand client requirements, technical specifications, drawings, scope of work, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with the design/engineering team to ensure timely release and approval of drawings.
- Monitor production progress and ensure material availability as per project schedules.
- Coordinate with the logistics/export team for packing, documentation, shipment, and timely dispatch of project materials.
- Ensure export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, certificates, and other required project documents are completed accurately.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement recovery plans wherever required.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, variations,



additional work, and commercial implications.
- Coordinate with clients regarding project updates, approvals, technical queries, and change requests.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare MIS, progress reports, and management updates.
- Ensure compliance with required quality, safety, technical, and contractual standards.
- Coordinate with site teams for installation/erection activities at international project locations, wherever applicable.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain project records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve technical, commercial, logistics, and execution-related issues in coordination with relevant departments.
- Ensure timely project handover and closure, including completion documentation and client sign-off.
- Maintain robust professional relationships with international clients and support future business opportunities
