Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Reporting To: Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Function: Information Security & Governance Type: Full-time : Overview: Marwadi Chandarana Group is one of the leading stock broking company and is seeking skilled Cybersecurity Specialist with proven expertise in the BFSI sector to strengthen our security and compliance framework. Based out of Goregaon, Mumbai, this role will report directly to the CISO and act as a key enabler in ensuring regulatory adherence, cybersecurity governance, and process enforcement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities •Report directly to the CISO and act as a key driver for cybersecurity governance, compliance, and process improvement. •Lead the design, implementation, and enforcement of cybersecurity policies and processes across the organization under the guidance of CISO. •Ensure compliance with SEBI CSCRF, CERT-In, Exchange guidelines, and other regulatory frameworks. •Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Trading) and external stakeholders (auditors, vendors) to ensure smooth execution of cybersecurity controls. •Manage vendor relationships – including cybersecurity consultants, SOC service providers, and audit partners. •Oversee and track SOC tickets, ensuring timely detection, escalation, and closure of incidents in coordination with SOC providers. •Execute and oversee VAPT exercises, system audits, and other regulatory-mandated assessments, ensuring findings are tracked and closed within timelines. •Drive vulnerability management programs,



coordinating with internal application/infra teams and external vendors to ensure risks are mitigated on time. •Maintain detailed documentation, audit trails, and compliance records for regulatory and internal reviews. •Support incident response planning, cyber drills, and awareness programs as directed by the CISO. Technical & Domain Expertise •Deep understanding of SEBI Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Framework (CSCRF) and BFSI regulatory requirements. •Experience in policy management, governance frameworks, and compliance documentation. •Familiarity with SOC operations, SIEM tools, ticket management, and vendor coordination. •Solid knowledge of VAPT methodologies, vulnerability management lifecycle, and audit readiness. •Exposure to ISO 27001 framework.

Qualifications &

Experience •Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity and governance experience in BFSI/Stock Broking/Financial Institutions. •Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity. •Certifications preferred: CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 LA/LI, or equivalent. •Proven experience handling regulatory audits, SOC operations, and vendor management. Soft Skills •Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills (internal and external). •Ability to drive changes, enforce timelines, and follow through on vulnerability closure. •Excellent documentation and reporting capability for regulatory compliance. •Leadership mind set with hands-on accountability and ownership.
