Manager Accounts - Finance & Statutory Compliance-Beauty & Personal care- 8 Years- Faridabad An excellent prospect for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to take ownership of accounting operations, statutory compliance, MIS, audits and team management for a growing consumer business.

Responsibilities

1. Lead day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations and manage the accounts team.
2. Ensure end-to-end compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
3. Oversee bookkeeping, ledger accuracy, month-end closing and financial reporting.
4. Prepare MIS, budgets, cash-flow statements, financial statements and variance analysis.
5. Coordinate with statutory, internal and tax auditors and ensure timely closure of audit queries.
6. Strengthen financial controls, accounting processes, approval workflows and SOPs.
7. Manage SAP/ERP-based accounting processes and improve Excel-based reporting.
8. Review the work of accounts executives and mentor the team to improve accuracy and productivity.
9. Work closely with Purchase, Marketing, Ecommerce and Factory Operations teams.

Requirements

1. CA: 2–3 years of post-qualification experience, or B.Com / CA Inter: 10–15 years of relevant experience.
2. Strong hands-on experience in Accounting, GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
3. Proven experience in team handling, mentoring and leadership.
4.



Strong knowledge of MIS, budgeting, financial reporting and audits.
5. Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP and advanced MS Excel.
6. Ability to independently manage compliance, audits and accounting operations.
7. Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
8. Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
