Role Summary:

The Manager E&I; is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities across the facility.

- Ensure high availability and reliability of electrical equipment, control systems, and instrumentation.

- Plan and manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance programs.

- Troubleshoot electrical, automation, and process control issues.

- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

- Manage E&I; projects, upgrades, commissioning, and shutdown activities.

- Develop and monitor maintenance KPIs, budgets,



and spare parts inventory.

- Lead, train, and mentor E&I; engineers, technicians, and contractors.

- Coordinate with production, engineering, and other departments to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.

- 15-25 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation field preferably Metals and mining, Industrial projects.

- Solid knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, drives, transformers, switchgear, and process instrumentation.
