Job Summary/ Your Role in a Nutshell:
TO THE NEW is looking for a seasoned professional who is passionate about marketing technology and digital analytics. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience with web and mobile analytics and reporting services and has hands-on experience with tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.
The ideal candidate has a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for our clients. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and consulting skills with a solid understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, customer journeys, web/mobile analytics, and MarTech ecosystems. You should be comfortable working with large and diverse datasets, presenting insights to senior stakeholders, and leading teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
What youll do:
1. Digital Analytics & Consulting
- Consult with clients to understand their business, marketing, customer and digital objectives, and translate them into effective digital measurement and analytics strategies.
- Design, implement and optimise web and mobile analytics solutions using platforms such as Adobe Analytics, GA4, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer and other relevant analytics platforms.
- Develop measurement frameworks, KPI frameworks, tracking plans, taxonomy and data-layer requirements aligned to business and marketing objectives.
- Define events, parameters, dimensions, metrics, audiences and conversion points across websites, mobile applications and digital touchpoints.
- Analyse website and app traffic, user behaviour, customer journeys, conversion funnels, campaign performance, attribution and customer engagement to identify actionable insights.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of digital channels and campaigns across paid media, SEO, social, CRM, email and other marketing channels.
- Develop recommendations to improve conversion, engagement, customer acquisition, retention and marketing ROI.
- Identify opportunities to leverage analytics, automation, AI and advanced measurement techniques to improve client outcomes.
1. Analytics Implementation & Tag Management
- Lead and/or oversee analytics and tracking implementations across websites and mobile applications.
- Develop and manage tagging strategies using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Adobe Launch / Adobe Experience Platform Tags and other tag-management solutions.
- Work closely with developers, product teams and technology stakeholders to define and implement data layers, tracking specifications and event instrumentation.
- Conduct tracking audits, implementation QA, debugging and data validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshoot analytics, tagging and attribution issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant privacy, consent and data governance requirements in analytics implementations.
1. Data Integration & Advanced Analytics
- Work with data from multiple sources including web/app analytics, advertising platforms, CRM, marketing automation, social platforms and business databases.
- Build or oversee data pipelines and integrations to bring marketing and digital data together for holistic reporting and analysis.
- Use SQL and cloud data warehouses such as Google BigQuery to extract, transform and analyse large datasets.
- Work with APIs and platform integrations to automate data collection and reporting wherever relevant.
- Support development of customer-level, channel-level and campaign-level views of performance across the marketing ecosystem.
- Knowledge of CDPs to support audience segmentation, activation and measurement.
1. Reporting, Dashboards & Insights
- Own weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, including campaign and performance reports, ensuring accuracy, relevance and timely delivery.
- Design and build dashboards and data visualisations using tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau and/or Adobe Analytics Workspace.
- Integrate multiple data sources to create single-view performance dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Go beyond reporting numbers to identify trends, anomalies, opportunities, business drivers and actionable recommendations.
- Develop executive-level reports and presentations that clearly communicate insights, implications and recommended actions.
- Implement reporting automation and standardisation to improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting effort.
1. Client & Project Management
- Own day-to-day interactions with clients and internal stakeholders for analytics requirements, deliverables and consulting engagements.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and trusted analytics advisor for clients.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring quality, accuracy, timeliness and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams across Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, MarTech, CRM, Technology and Strategy to deliver integrated solutions.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and additional analytics/MarTech consulting engagements.
- Analyse the effectiveness of digital marketing investments across channels and campaigns.
- Support conversion rate optimisation (CRO), A/B testing and experimentation initiatives through data analysis and measurement.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, landing-page performance,
funnel conversion and digital experiences.
1. Sales & Solutioning
- Partner with Sales/Business Development teams on proposals, solution design, estimations, RFPs, client presentations and pitches.
- Develop analytics solution approaches, scopes of work, implementation plans and effort estimates.
- Participate in client discovery workshops and solutioning discussions.
- Contribute to case studies, thought leadership and analytics/MarTech propositions.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements through analytics, measurement, dashboarding and data-led consulting.
1. Team Management & Capability Building
- Mentor, coach and guide junior and mid-level members of the Digital Analytics/MarTech practice.
- Review analytical outputs, dashboards, tracking specifications and client deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
- Allocate work, manage delivery timelines and support team members in solving complex analytical problems.
- Build team capabilities across analytics platforms, tag management, data visualisation, SQL, marketing measurement and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to development of internal frameworks, SOPs, templates and reusable analytics solutions.
What you need:
- 8–11 years of experience in Digital Analytics, Web/Mobile Analytics, MarTech, Marketing Analytics or a related domain.
- Robust hands-on experience with one or more enterprise analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics / Omniture, GA4 / GA360, Mixpanel, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Firebase or equivalent platforms.
- Strong experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Adobe Launch / Adobe Experience Platform Tags.
- Strong understanding of digital measurement frameworks, analytics implementation, tracking architecture, data layers, KPIs and measurement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of website and mobile app analytics, including events, funnels, journeys, cohorts, segmentation, attribution and conversion analysis.
- Experience analysing performance across paid media, SEO, social, CRM/email and other digital marketing channels.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets and/or cloud data warehouses such as Google BigQuery.
- Experience with dashboarding and data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI or Adobe Analytics Workspace.
- Understanding of APIs, data integrations and connecting data from multiple marketing and business platforms.
- Experience with marketing attribution, CRO, A/B testing and experimentation is preferred.
- Exposure to CDPs, CRM, marketing automation platforms and customer data ecosystems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data into business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Work mode: 3 days WFO in a week. Weekends off.
