Role - Manager Consolidation

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with robust experience in financial reporting, group consolidation, and Ind AS to join our team as Manager Consolidation.

Location: Mumbai HO – Prabhadevi

Experience: 5+ years post-qualification

Qualification: CA Qualified

Key Responsibilities

Drive and support the quarterly and annual financial closure & consolidation process for group companies and subsidiaries.

Prepare consolidated financial statements including Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity and related schedules in accordance with Ind AS and Schedule III.

Perform intercompany reconciliations, identify mismatches and ensure timely resolution.

Handle foreign subsidiary financial statement conversion and calculation of Foreign Currency Translation Reserve (FCTR).

Pass accounting entries relating to group consolidation,



goodwill/capital reserve, non-controlling interest, intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation.

Coordinate with external auditors, address audit queries and support the preparation of schedules, disclosures and other audit requirements.

What We’re Looking For A CA Qualified professional with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting and consolidation, with a strong understanding of Ind AS and consolidation principles.
