Role Overview

Manager-Corporate Relations & Placement will be responsible for identifying companies with current and upcoming hiring requirements, connecting with HR/Talent Acquisition teams, understanding their requirements and converting these opportunities into hiring drives for Fullstakr.AI -trained students.

The person will act as the bridge between companies, colleges and our trained talent pool, managing the process from lead generation to successful completion of the hiring drive.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Lead Generation

Identify companies hiring for freshers, interns and entry-level technology roles. Source hiring leads through LinkedIn, Naukri, company career pages, job portals, recruitment networks, references and industry contacts.

Build and continuously maintain a database of companies, HRs, Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers.

Track current and upcoming hiring requirements across technology companies, startups, IT services companies and GCCs.

Corporate Outreach & Requirement Mapping

Contact HRs, recruiters, Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers through email, LinkedIn and phone. Introduce Fullstakr.AI 's trained talent pool and understand the company's hiring requirements.

Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into active hiring opportunities.

1. Placement Drive Coordination

Coordinate with companies to organize campus, pooled-campus and virtual hiring drives. Ensure smooth execution of the complete recruitment process.

Coordinate assessments, aptitude tests, technical tests, interviews and HR rounds wherever required.

Act as the single point of coordination between the company, Fullstakr.AI team and college placement cell.

1. Relationship Management

Develop long-term relationships with HR and Talent Acquisition teams. Maintain a pipeline of companies for recurring fresher and entry-level hiring.

Follow up with existing corporate partners for new requirements.
