We're Hiring: Business Finance Manager | Mumbai

MichiganTAG is hiring on behalf of a global technology-led organization for the position of Business Finance Manager, based in Mumbai.

Location: Mumbai, India

Experience: 10+ Years

Certifications: CIMA / ACCA / CPA (preferred)

What you'll bring:

✅ 10+ years in financial analysis, controlling or business partnering, ideally within a multinational, high-technology environment

✅ Strong track record in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling

✅ Proven ability to simplify complex financial analysis for senior stakeholders and train them to think enterprise-wide

✅ Experience building and sustaining relationships with business unit leaders and cross-functional teams





✅ Comfort with GenAI/Copilot-equivalent tools — with sound judgement on when human oversight is needed

✅ People management experience in an international, multi-matrix organization

✅ Deep understanding of P&L;, balance sheet, KPI driver maps and reporting methodologies

✅ Familiarity with ERP/financial systems (SAP, Oracle or similar)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (MBA preferred)

Professional accreditation — CIMA / ACCA / CPA preferred
