- The responsibility shall lead the productivity improvement projects at the plant relating to the function:
- Timely maintenance and upkeep of the plant machinery, equipment, appliances and utilities
- Reduction in energy cost (Fuel and Power ratio)
- Reduction in Accidents
- Support autonomous maintenance initiatives
- Improve plant safety and environment
- Applicant should have responsible for preventive/predictive/breakdown maintenance, fault finding, RCA, FMEA, MTBF, MTTR etc.
- Applicant should well aware of ISO norms, document preparation etc. Should have good knowledge in compliance norms.
- Should have valuable exposure to various fire & safety processes.
- Co-ordination/collaborate skill within plant on various issue in-terms of load manage, equipment manages and safety.
Preferred candidate profile Candidate working / worked in Tyre Industry with Minimum 12 to 15 Years Experience.
Should have sound Knowledge of Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation
