- Should be responsible for the execution of the Project.
- Planning, Organizing, Directing and controlling all maintenance activities.
- Visualize and provide direction to drive, sustain and fuel the maintenance standards
- Inventory management
- Selection and interaction with vendors and contractors.
- Training.
- Safety management.
- Budgeting.
- Responsible for all documentation
- Liaison with the Fire Dept., UP Pollution Control Board & Electrical Safety Department
To carry out other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
