? MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

Kadkani River Resort, Coorg is looking for a responsible and hardworking individual to join our Maintenance Team.

? Location: Coorg, Karnataka

? Position: Maintenance Assistant

? Experience: Freshers and candidates with prior maintenance experience are welcome to apply.

About the Role The Maintenance Assistant will assist in the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the resort, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, equipment and facilities are maintained in valuable working condition.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily maintenance and repair work across the resort.
- Attend to maintenance requests from Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments.
- Assist in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general repair work.
- Assist with preventive maintenance of equipment and property infrastructure.
- Identify and report maintenance issues and equipment faults to the supervisor.
- Assist with the upkeep of pumps, motors, water systems, lighting and other resort equipment.
- Ensure tools and maintenance equipment are properly maintained.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requirements during guest stays.
- Follow safety procedures while carrying out maintenance work.
- Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

What We’re Looking For

- Basic knowledge of electrical,



plumbing and general maintenance work.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or a related technical field will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in hotel, resort or building maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new maintenance skills.
- Good communication and coordination with other departments.
- Flexible to work according to resort occupancy and operational requirements, including weekends and holidays.

• Willingness to attend to urgent maintenance requirements when needed.
