About the Role

KPMG's M&A; Consulting team advises private equity funds, corporates, and financial services clients on strategic growth initiatives, market assessments, commercial due diligence, and transaction-related decisions. The role involves leading and executing engagements, providing strategic insights, and delivering high-quality client solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute Commercial Due Diligence (CDD), market assessments, and strategy engagements.
- Develop presentations, reports, business cases, and financial models.
- Conduct industry, company, and market research to generate actionable insights.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support client decisions.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Support business development, proposal preparation, and client pitches.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships through regular interaction.




- Coordinate with internal teams and senior leadership to ensure quality delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Candidate with 1-4 years of experience.
- Qualification: MBA from a reputed institute
- Experience in strategy consulting, commercial due diligence, or transaction advisory, preferably within Financial Services.
