Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to manage, configure, and support Microsoft 365 environments. The role involves administration of M365 services, user and security management, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal performance and security of the Microsoft cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
- Configure and manage user accounts, groups, and licenses in Microsoft 365
- Monitor system performance and ensure availability of Microsoft 365 services
- Implement security policies including Conditional Access, MFA, and data protection policies
- Manage mail flow, security policies, and mailbox configurations
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365-related issues




- Assist in migration activities (on-premises to Microsoft 365 or tenant-to-tenant migrations)
- Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system integration and security compliance

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration
- Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- Understanding of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD/Entra ID)
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security C Compliance features
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for administration tasks
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of email security concepts (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and Intune is preferred

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Any Discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks required in graduation.
- Candidates with knowledge or certification in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related technologies will be preferred.

Preferred Certifications (Optional)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
