About the Role

BULL Machines is urgently hiring skilled Assembly Technicians to join our bulldozer manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling heavy earth-moving equipment components as per technical specifications, ensuring quality, safety, and timely production.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble bulldozer components including engine, transmission, hydraulic systems, undercarriage, blade, and chassis assemblies
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Fit, align, and fasten mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical parts using hand tools and power tools
- Perform torque checks, fluid filling, and functional testing of assembled units
- Identify and report defective parts, misalignments, or assembly issues
- Coordinate with fitters, welders, and quality inspectors to ensure assembly line efficiency
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines on the shop floor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assembly station
- Support pre-delivery inspection and final quality checks

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in automobile/heavy equipment assembly (bulldozer, excavator, or similar earth-moving machinery preferred)
- Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical assembly processes
- Ability to read technical/assembly drawings
- Proficiency with hand tools, pneumatic tools, and torque wrenches
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or related trade preferred
- Willingness to work in shifts, including overtime as required
