Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance. Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard the server infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues in a timely manner.

Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployments and infrastructure changes. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing.

Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning of server resources. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Mandatory Skills: Extensive experience in Windows Server Administration (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019).



Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS management.

Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks. Proficient in server virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Preferred Skills: Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure). Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.

Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds).

Certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or equivalent are a plus.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-7 years of relevant experience in Windows Server Administration and infrastructure management. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
